• Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, exhale for 3 seconds.


With this practice, I guide them to visualize rooting their feet like tree roots, keeping their spines tall and chests open, symbolizing confidence in their communication. Over the course of eight rounds, we cultivate mindfulness and relaxation, setting a positive tone for the session.


Personal Experience

Since incorporating meditation into my daily routine, I wake up at 4:30 a.m. and start my day with 11 minutes of deep breathing meditation, followed by 20 minutes of relaxed meditation. This simple practice has transformed my life, improving my focus, emotional resilience, and overall happiness. I can’t emphasize enough how beneficial meditation is for therapists, parents, children, and everyone in between.
