CloudSpeech provides virtual speech and language therapy for children, teens, and bilingual learners. We specialize in:

Who do you work with?

We work with families across the U.S. Our clients range from toddlers to teens and include with a variety of needs, including bilingual learners, late talkers, and children with apraxia or speech delays.

 

How does teletherapy work?

Our therapy is live, interactive, and tailored to each child’s needs. We use engaging activities, real-time coaching, and parent collaboration to make sessions effective. Learn more about our approach → Why Teletherapy.

 

How do I get started?

New clients begin with a consultation and evaluation. Contact us to discuss your child’s needs and schedule an initial session.

 

Do I need special equipment for teletherapy?

Just a stable internet connection, a laptop or tablet, and a quiet space. We’ll guide you through everything!

 

 What is CloudSpeech’s cancellation policy?

CloudSpeech has a clear 24-hour cancellation policy.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee is charged.

More than 24 hours’ notice: Must reschedule within 14 days during regular clinic hours or it counts as a no-show.

Extended absences: If missing more than one week, provide 14 days’ notice. Breaks longer than three weeks result in waitlist placement.

Therapy spots are reserved for active clients, but CloudSpeech offers flexible, pay-as-you-go scheduling with no long-term commitments.

 

What if I’m late to a session?

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, it’s a no-show.

 

What are the steps involved for getting started at CloudSpeech?

 

Reach out to us for a Consultation & Welcome Visit HERE where we can learn more about your concerns and you can join us in our online clinic space to try out teletherapy and get to know your therapist.

 

What does a Consultation-welcome visit include at CloudSpeech?

We love these initial visits because this is where we get to meet our future clients! Step-1 begins with a free Parent Consultation (˜20 minutes), and Step-2 is a free Welcome Visit with the child (˜20 minutes). This serves as an informal screening to support evaluation recommendations, as well as an opportunity to establish rapport between therapist and child before jumping in.

 

 How do I keep my spot if I need time off?

You have two options:

Reduce to once per week to keep a minimal schedule (all attendance policies apply).

Pause therapy and rejoin the waitlist when you return.

 

Does insurance cover no-shows or cancellations?

No. Clients are responsible for late fees and no-show charges.

Do you take insurance?

CloudSpeech is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. For all other plans, we are an out-of-network provider and can provide superbills for reimbursement. Many families also use HSA/FSA funds for payments.

 

Why only BCBS Texas?

We’ve chosen BCBS Texas to provide a high-quality, streamlined experience for families. Managing multiple insurance plans can be unpredictable, and we want our clients to have clarity and consistency.

 

What if I have a different insurance plan?

We are considered out-of-network but can provide a superbill for you to submit to your provider for potential reimbursement.

 

Can I use HSA/FSA funds?

 Yes! Many families pay for speech therapy using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
